We are looking for a highly skilled and hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Architect with strong experience in Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain and Azure-based integrations.

This is a key technical leadership role for an architect who can take end-to-end ownership of solution architecture, implementation, deployment, integration, and long-term production stability.

The ideal candidate is a practitioner-architect who combines deep technical expertise with solid business understanding and takes responsibility beyond go-live.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Own end-to-end technical delivery of Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain solutions.
- Define solution architecture, technical design, implementation and deployment strategies.
- Act as the technical authority for Dynamics 365 implementations.
- Define and govern customization and extension strategies in line with Microsoft best practices and One Version requirements.
- Design and troubleshoot enterprise integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems.
- Establish Azure, ALM and DevOps practices, including environment strategy, CI/CD and release governance.
- Translate business and functional requirements into scalable and supportable technical solutions.
- Ensure solutions are designed for testing, monitoring, security, operability and long-term maintainability.
- Take ownership of production outcomes and technical solution quality.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL EXPERIENCEDynamics 365

- Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations / Finance & Supply Chain.
- Multiple full-cycle Dynamics 365 implementations.
- Proven experience across architecture, implementation, deployment and production support.

Development & Customization

- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 extension and customization models.
- Ability to review, prototype and assess custom code.
- Experience with:
- X++
- .NET / C#
- JavaScript
- Plugins and workflows
- Strong judgment around appropriate vs. risky customization.

Azure & Integration





- Enterprise integration architecture experience.
- Hands-on experience with:
- REST / SOAP APIs
- Azure Logic Apps
- Azure Service Bus
- Azure Functions
- Dataverse / Dual-write
- Experience with data migration and cross-environment data flows.
- Knowledge of SaaS platforms such as ServiceNow and/or SFS is an advantage.

ALM & DEVOPS
- Practical experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of source control and environment strategies (DEV / TEST / UAT / PROD).
- Experience with Dynamics Lifecycle Services (LCS).
- Knowledge of release governance, production monitoring and rollback strategies.
- Ability to ensure safe and controlled promotion of solutions into production.

BUSINESS PROCESS KNOWLEDGEStrong understanding of business processes including:
- Finance – GL, AP/AR, period close and compliance
- Supply Chain and warehouse operations
- Customer Engagement – Sales, Customer Service and Field Service

? QUALIFICATIONS

- BA/BS degree and 8+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with large-scale or enterprise Dynamics 365 implementations is highly preferred.
- Microsoft MB-700: Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Solution Architect certification is preferred.
