Roles and Responsibilities:

- Provide functional support for Dynamics 365 Human Resources across day-to-day business operations

- Handle AMS activities including incident resolution, service requests, and user support

- Analyze business requirements and deliver functional enhancements within the HR platform

- Support change management activities for HR process and system updates

- Coordinate with technical and business teams to ensure smooth application maintenance

Skills Required:

- 6+ years of relevant experience in Dynamics 365 HR functional support and consulting

- Solid hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 HR / D365 HR / Dynamics 365 Human Resources

- Proven background as a functional consultant in HR application support and AMS

- Experience in application maintenance, enhancement delivery, and production support

- Ability to manage functional changes and support HR system issue resolution

Good to Have

- Release management experience in enterprise application environments

Education:

Bachelor's Degree
