· Analysis of IPD patient

· IPD file stalk

· Home care follow-up

· Diabetic reverse patient work (a to z )

3. Nursing staff management

· Check & sign daily work list

· Daily one-topic training

· Work flow and duty time table

· New nursing staff training & test

· Monthly analysis check

4. Maintain & manage ( stock, expiry & hygiene )

· Biomedical wastage

· Medical equipment





· ICU crash card

· Dressing trolley

· Oxygen

· ECG and other

5. PRO & BD activity

· Daily 10 calls to doctors

· PRO follow of and work

6. Other work ( will give you extra earning )

· Organise health / diagnostic camp

· Organize health seminar

· Health checkup tie-up ( school, collage, factory, hotels, insurance company)

· Cashless tie up

· Goggle review

· Video feedback

· Education image, video, poster, PPT

· IPD patent from you

· CME

· DOCTOR visit

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
