Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented DM Sales Executive with at least 1 year of experience in sales, digital marketing sales, business development or client acquisition. The candidate should be confident in communicating with prospects and converting leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and convert leads for digital marketing services.
- Handle inbound and outbound sales enquiries.
- Connect with potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, email and social media.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.
- Explain services such as SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, Lead Generation and Online Advertising.
- Conduct follow-ups with prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Prepare quotations and proposals when required.
- Negotiate with clients and work towards successful closures.




- Maintain lead and customer information in CRM/records.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the digital marketing and operations teams for smooth client onboarding.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales/business development/digital marketing sales.
- Good understanding of digital marketing services.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong convincing and follow-up abilities.
- Target-oriented and confident personality.
- Ability to handle multiple leads and conversations.
- Basic knowledge of CRM, WhatsApp Business and online communication tools.
