Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day dispatch operations and ensure timely shipment of finished goods.
- Plan and coordinate truck/container loading as per dispatch schedules.
- Supervise loading, unloading, material movement, and proper handling of finished goods.
- Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Sales, Planning, and Logistics teams for smooth dispatch operations.
- Ensure proper packing, palletization, labeling, documentation, and vehicle placement.
- Monitor dispatch schedules and ensure orders are dispatched as per customer requirements.
- Maintain proper stock records and coordinate for FG availability and material allocation.
- Supervise and manage dispatch supervisors, loaders, helpers, forklift operators, and other staff.
- Ensure proper checking of quantity, product, batch, and documentation before dispatch.
- Monitor container/truck loading plans to optimize space utilization and minimize damage.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and housekeeping requirements.
- Handle dispatch-related issues, shortages, damages, and discrepancies.




- Prepare and maintain daily dispatch reports, MIS, and operational records.
- Coordinate with transporters and ensure timely vehicle reporting and dispatch.
- Drive productivity and continuous improvement in dispatch and warehouse operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in dispatch/logistics operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse, FG handling, loading, palletization, and transportation operations.
- Experience in supervising manpower and shift operations.
- Good knowledge of ERP/SAP and MS Excel.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in shifts and handle high-volume dispatch operations.
- Strong focus on accuracy, safety, productivity, and timely delivery.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
