Roles &
Responsibilities (RMC): 1. Plan and coordinate the timely dispatch of RMC as per customer/site requirements.
- Coordinate with the Plant, Batching, Transport, and Site teams for vehicle allocation.
- Prepare and maintain delivery challans, dispatch slips, and other required documents.
- Track transit mixers and monitor delivery status.
- Ensure the correct quantity, grade, and destination are mentioned in dispatch documents.
- Coordinate with customers/sites regarding delivery schedules and any delays.
- Maintain records of dispatched loads, vehicle details, delivery times, and returned/ rejected concrete.
- Ensure proper communication between the RMC plant, drivers, and site teams.
- Report any dispatch delays, vehicle issues, or delivery discrepancies to the concerned manager.
