In our Hyderabad office we employe more than 30 recruiters, Data Manager, IT-Developers and Support Staff.

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Director to co-lead the company and drive operational excellence across multiple business units.

This role requires a strategic recruitment leader with extensive experience in building and managing high-performing recruitment teams, developing recruitment strategies, improving delivery performance, and partnering with business leaders to achieve hiring objectives. The successful candidate will lead recruitment operations, mentor recruitment leaders, optimize processes, and contribute to the company's long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage the overall recruitment function for the Swiss Market.

•Build, mentor,



and develop a high-performing recruitment team of 30+ Recruiters, Senior Recruiters, Data Manager and Support Staff divided into 3 teams.

•Define and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives and workforce planning.

•Oversee end-to-end recruitment operations, ensuring high-quality delivery, SLA adherence, and timely closures.

•Drive recruiter productivity through KPIs, dashboards, performance reviews, coaching, and continuous improvement initiatives.

•Develop scalable recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and delivery frameworks to improve operational efficiency.

•Monitor recruitment metrics including Time-to-Fill, Quality of Hire, Offer Acceptance Ratio, Recruiter Productivity, Delivery Performance, and Team Utilization.

•Partner directly with Swiss Account Manager to understand workforce planning, hiring priorities, and business goals.

•Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and provide strategic talent acquisition guidance.

•Lead, coach, and develop Team Leads and Recruitment Managers to strengthen leadership capabilities and succession planning.

•Ensure compliance with GDPR and company policies throughout the recruitment lifecycle.





•Support business growth through workforce planning, capacity management, budgeting, forecasting, and recruitment strategy.

•Represent the recruitment function in leadership meetings and contribute to strategic business planning and organizational growth.

Mandatory Requirements

•12+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, IT Recruitment, or Recruitment Operations.

•Candidates with experience working in end-client organisations are strongly preferred

•Minimum 5+ years of experience in a leadership role managing recruitment teams.

•Proven experience managing teams of 20 or more recruiters including Team Leads and Recruitment Managers.

•Experience managing recruitment operations, delivery excellence, performance management, and stakeholder engagement.

•Demonstrated ability to lead large recruitment teams and drive organisational performance.
