Designation: Director Events

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, Management, or related field.

Experience: 10+ years in event management, preferably in a university, education, corporate, or institutional setting, with proven experience managing large-scale events.

Role Summary: Lead the planning and execution of university events, ensuring professional, impactful, and seamless experiences aligned with institutional objectives and brand.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and manage the annual events calendar, conferences, convocations, cultural, VIP, and institutional events.
- Manage budgets, vendors, logistics, hospitality, safety, and compliance.
- Coordinate with leadership, faculty, students, and external stakeholders.
- Lead the events team and drive innovative, technology-enabled execution.

Key Skills: Event planning, project management, budgeting, negotiation, stakeholder management, leadership, communication, creativity, and crisis management.

Salary – upto Rs 1.5 lakhs per month (Gross)
