Key Responsibilities

· Strategic Leadership: Define and implement the academic vision, aligning with institutional goals and accreditation standards.

· Student Success: Champion initiatives that improve student retention, engagement, and career readiness

· Curriculum Innovation: Oversee the development, review, and enhancement of cutting-edge degree programs thereby Strengthening student-centric initiatives, entrepreneurship, innovation and experiential learning

· Faculty Management: Recruit, mentor, and evaluate a diverse, high-performing faculty team to foster teaching & Professional excellence.

· Compliance & Accreditation:



Ensure all academic programs meet the govt and university requirements. Oversee institutional quality assurance, accreditation and regulatory compliance

· Develop solid industry–academia partnerships and enhance employability-oriented programmes.

What We Seek

· We are looking for an accomplished academician with a distinguished record of leadership in higher education, preferably with experience as a Principal, Dean, Director or in an equivalent senior academic position.

· The ideal candidate will combine academic stature, strategic vision, institutional leadership, integrity and exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire people and translate vision into measurable outcomes.

Appointment: Tenured Management post for a period of three years
