Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with solid hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and paid digital campaigns. The ideal candidate should be able to plan, execute, monitor, and optimize campaigns to generate quality leads and improve conversions.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.

- Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns.

- Develop effective audience targeting and retargeting strategies.

- Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns based on results.

- Track key metrics such as CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, and ROAS.

- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.

- Create and coordinate ad creatives, copy, and campaign content.

- Generate quality leads through paid advertising.

- Monitor daily and monthly campaign budgets.

- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.

- Work with the content/design team to develop effective ad creatives.

- Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends, tools, and platform updates.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing,



Business Administration, or a related field.

- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with strong paid ads experience.

- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.

- Good understanding of lead generation and conversion campaigns.

- Knowledge of Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and remarketing.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to analyze campaign data and make performance-based decisions.

- Good communication and coordination skills.
