About the Role

We’re looking for a Content & SEO Specialist to help grow two expanding brands: IC Glass and GGD (Get Glass Distribution).

Your primary focus will be SEO, content creation, website optimization, and organic growth, with an additional focus on digital marketing and B2B lead generation for GGD.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys researching, writing, optimizing, testing, and finding opportunities rather than simply following a checklist.

You’ll work across content, SEO, website optimization, analytics, social content, and B2B marketing while collaborating with our design, development, sales, and operations teams.

About the Brands

IC Glass is our premium direct-to-consumer brand, focused on quality glass products, modern design, craftsmanship, and functionality.

GGD (Get Glass Distribution) is our B2B wholesale business serving retail partners across the U.S.

The two brands have different audiences and goals, so you’ll be responsible for developing content and marketing approaches that fit each brand.

What You’ll Do

SEO & Content

- Write and optimize blogs, product descriptions, landing pages, website copy, emails, and other marketing content.
- Research keywords, competitors, topics, and search intent.
- Build and manage SEO-focused content plans.
- Optimize existing pages, products, collections, and landing pages.
- Improve titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, internal linking, and image optimization.
- Identify content gaps and opportunities for organic growth.
- Help identify and resolve technical SEO issues such as broken links, indexing problems, duplicate content, redirects, canonicals, and site structure.
- Work with developers and designers when technical or website changes are required.
- Monitor organic performance using Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4.
- Use tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog for research and optimization.
- Explore ways to improve content visibility across Google search and emerging AI search experiences.

GGD Digital Marketing & Lead Generation





- Develop content for LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Create content around products, wholesale opportunities, retailer education, industry topics, and customer stories.
- Identify opportunities to attract and engage potential retail partners.
- Support B2B outreach and prospecting initiatives.
- Assist with digital campaigns and paid marketing when required.
- Develop ideas, hooks, and creative briefs for Reels and short-form content.
- Work with our designers and video editors to turn ideas into finished creative.

You will not be required to edit videos yourself.

Working Across Both Brands

- Maintain distinct messaging and content strategies for IC Glass and GGD.
- Identify opportunities to repurpose strong content across channels.
- Work with design, sales, operations, and development teams.
- Manage projects, deadlines, and content workflows through ClickUp.

What We’re Looking For

- 3 years of experience in SEO, content marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Strong writing and editing skills.
- Experience creating content for both consumer and B2B audiences.
- Strong understanding of keyword research, search intent, and on-page SEO.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or Screaming Frog.
- Working knowledge of technical SEO and website optimization.
- Experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4.
- Experience with Shopify, WordPress, Webflow, or a similar CMS.
- Experience using project-management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, or Trello.
- Strong organization and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
- Most importantly,



a proactive approach and strong ownership of your work.

Nice to Have

- B2B or wholesale marketing experience.
- E-commerce experience.
- Email marketing or paid social experience.
- Canva or basic design experience.
- Experience working with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude for research and content workflows.
- Familiarity with digital advertising policies and platform requirements.

We’re looking for someone who can quickly understand our websites, content, and search performance and identify where improvements can be made.

You should be comfortable saying:

“This page could perform better.”

“There’s a search opportunity we're missing.”

“This content isn't working - here's how I'd improve it.”

And then taking ownership of putting that idea into action.

You’ll have meaningful ownership over SEO and content while contributing directly to organic traffic, website performance, brand growth, and B2B lead generation.
