About the Role:

We are looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager with strong expertise in Google Ads to lead and scale our paid acquisition efforts. The role focuses on driving high-quality traffic, improving ROI, and optimizing campaigns across Google platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube).

- Drive performance marketing strategy with a strong focus on ROI and conversions.

- Conduct keyword research, bidding strategy, and audience targeting.

- Continuously analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven optimizations.

- Manage budgets, track CAC, CTR, ROAS, and conversion metrics.

- Work closely with content, design, and tech teams to improve landing page performance.

- Oversee Shopify tracking integrations (Google Analytics, GTM, conversion tracking).





- Support CRM and remarketing campaigns through audience segmentation.

- Stay updated with Google Ads trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.

Requirements:

- 47 years of experience in performance marketing with solid Google Ads expertise.

- Hands-on experience with Search, Display, and Shopping campaigns (e-commerce preferred).

- Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics and GTM.

- Experience with Shopify and conversion tracking setups.

- Ability to manage budgets and scale campaigns efficiently.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience in jewelry, luxury, or D2C brands is a plus.
