About the RoleWe are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to independently manage our Digital Marketing Division and a team of 8–10 members across SEO, SMM, Graphic Design & Video Editing.

The candidate will be responsible for digital marketing strategy, team management, client handling and performance/growth across multiple industries including E-commerce, Healthcare, Real Estate, Logistics, B2B and more.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and lead the SEO, SMM, Graphic & • Video team

.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for multiple clients.
- Strong hands-on understanding of SEO, SMM, Meta Ads & • Google Ads

.
- Plan and optimize lead-generation, sales and marketing funnels.
- Monitor campaign performance, ROI, CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS and conversions.
- Prepare and review monthly performance reports and action plans.
- Manage client communication, meetings, requirements and expectations.
- Coordinate with the development, design and content teams.




- Improve client performance, retention and overall digital growth.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding digital marketing services.
- Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends, tools and AI solutions.

Required Skills
- 3–5 years of practical Digital Marketing experience.
- Robust knowledge of SEO, SMM, Meta Ads, Google Ads & • Performance Marketing

.
- Good understanding of marketing funnels, lead generation and conversion optimization.
- Experience managing a digital marketing team.
- Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and industries.
- Result-oriented and capable of taking ownership of the complete digital marketing function.

Compensation & • Growth₹4.80 LPA – ₹6.00 LPA, based on experience and capability.

- Performance-based incentives can be introduced based on successful client growth, team performance and business results.
