We are hiring a Digital Marketing Manager for our Corporate Office in Thalayolaparambu.

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to manage and develop our digital marketing activities. The candidate will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, managing digital platforms, and generating quality leads for both business and recruitment requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies.
- Generate and collect quality leads through various digital media and online platforms.
- Generate leads for business development and customer acquisition.
- Generate candidate leads for recruitment requirements through various digital platforms.
- Manage and maintain the company's social media platforms.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns through Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Coordinate with the Business and HR/Recruitment teams to understand lead generation requirements.




- Monitor and analyse campaign performance and lead conversion.
- Prepare regular reports on lead generation and digital marketing activities.
- Create engaging content and promotional campaigns to improve brand visibility.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platforms.

Requirements
- Proven experience in Digital Marketing or a similar role.
- Experience in lead generation through multiple digital media platforms.
- Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media marketing, and SEO.
- Experience in generating leads for both business and recruitment will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, analytical, and creative skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and achieve lead generation targets.

Job Location: Thalayolaparambu Pay: From ₹22,000.00 per month
