What You'll Be Doing
- Dream up campaigns Brainstorm and pitch fresh marketing ideas across social, content, and brand
- Create content Help design posts, write copy, and shape stories that stop the scroll
- Spot trends Keep an eye on what's working in the market and bring new ideas to the table
- Collaborate & execute Work closely with the team to take ideas from concept to launch
- Measure impact – Track what's working and help sharpen the strategy as you go
What We're Looking For
- Education: MBA (Marketing) or pursuing one
- Mindset: A creative,
out-of-the-box thinker who isn't afraid to pitch the unconventional idea
- Communication: Strong written and verbal skills — you can sell an idea in a sentence
- Curiosity: Genuinely interested in branding, consumer behavior, and what makes people click "buy"
- Initiative: A go-getter attitude — you bring ideas, not just wait for instructions
- Bonus: Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Figma) or social media platforms is a plus
No prior agency experience needed - we care more about how you think than what's on your resume.
