We are looking for a creative, result-oriented, and proactive Digital Marketing Executive to manage and grow our clinic's online presence. The candidate will be responsible for social media marketing, content planning, lead generation, online campaigns, and increasing brand awareness and customer enquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- Manage social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Google Business Profile.
- Plan and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
- Create and coordinate engaging content including Reels, posts, stories, videos, offers, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, nail artists, and other staff to create service-related content.
- Monitor social media trends, hashtags, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Generate leads through social media campaigns and digital marketing activities.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Track enquiries, leads, conversions, and campaign performance.
- Follow up with the concerned team regarding digital leads and help improve lead conversion.
- Analyze social media insights and prepare regular performance reports.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google Business Profile, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.
- Good understanding of social media algorithms, content strategy, and lead generation.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or similar content-creation tools.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate new content ideas.
- Ability to analyze marketing data and campaign performance.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
