About the Role

Capabiliti is a growing business consultancy helping coaches and consultants generate leads, build funnels, and scale their businesses.

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Intern who is interested in Meta Ads, lead generation, and performance marketing and wants hands-on experience working on real campaigns and client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in setting up and managing Meta Ads campaigns
- Research audiences, creatives, and ad copy
- Monitor leads, CPL, CTR, CPM, and campaign performance
- Support lead-generation campaigns for clients
- Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to improve lead quality
- Support basic funnel and campaign tracking

Knowledge of CRM, WhatsApp automation, Zapier, Make, GoHighLevel, or similar tools is a plus point — not mandatory.

What We’re Looking For

- Basic understanding of Meta Ads / Facebook & Instagram




- Strong interest in digital marketing and lead generation
- Analytical and willing to learn
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Someone who takes ownership and wants to grow with a scaling company

Compensation

First Month: ₹5,000 fixed

After First Month: ₹5,000 per successfully completed eligible client project.

Based on performance, there may be an opportunity to transition to a fixed monthly salary project-based commission after approximately 3 months.
