Job Summary

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive & Website Developer who can independently handle both website development/management and digital marketing activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in e-commerce websites, performance marketing, SEO, social media, and website optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Website Development & Management

- Develop, maintain and manage the company website.
- Handle website updates, product uploads, landing pages, banners and content changes.
- Improve website speed, functionality, UI/UX and overall user experience.
- Troubleshoot website-related technical issues.
- Manage e-commerce features, product pages, checkout and payment-related integrations.
- Monitor website performance through Google Analytics and other tools.
- Coordinate with developers/designers whenever required.

Digital & Performance Marketing

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Manage performance marketing campaigns with focus on traffic, leads, conversions and ROI.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies.
- Manage on-page SEO, technical SEO and website optimization.
- Handle Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms.
- Create and execute campaigns for product launches,



offers and sales.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
- Analyse traffic, conversion rate, customer behaviour and other key metrics.
- Continuously test and optimize campaigns to improve performance.

Required Skills
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing + Website Development.
- Hands-on knowledge of WordPress / Shopify / e-commerce platforms.
- Good understanding of HTML, CSS and basic JavaScript.
- Experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads.
- Robust understanding of SEO, Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Knowledge of website tracking, pixels, events and conversion tracking.
- Understanding of e-commerce sales funnels and conversion optimization.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage website and digital marketing activities.

Preferred Candidate Candidates with experience in fashion, clothing, D2C or e-commerce brands will be preferred.
