- App Publisher to manage high-budget campaigns on Google &
- Meta Ads, with expertise in Display Ads and Google Play Store app publishing for special/grey-hat verticals.

Key Responsibilities Scale performance campaigns across Meta (FB/IG) and Google Ads (Search, Display Network, PMax &

- YouTube). Upload, publish, and manage restricted/grey-hat apps on the Google Play Store while navigating store policy compliance. Manage anti-detect browsers (AdsPower, Dolphin), proxies, BMs, agency ad accounts, and Google Play Console accounts. Implement cloaking setups, safe pages, and CAPI/server-side tracking for policy-sensitive verticals. Optimize ROAS, CPA, and CPI through aggressive creative and pre-lander A/B testing.





Requirements 2 years of media buying experience on Google Ads (including Display Ads) &

- Meta Ads. Proven hands-on experience in publishing and managing restricted/grey-hat apps on Google Play Store. Practical knowledge of cloaking tools, anti-detect browsers, and multi-account infrastructure setup. High adaptability to handle app reinstatements, account suspensions, and ad disapprovals quickly.
