About the Role

We are looking for a creative, digitally savvy and trend-aware Digital Marketing Executive to join our team at Sagar Multispeciality Hospital.

This role is for someone who believes digital marketing is more than posting content—it is about creating ideas, telling stories, building conversations and making an impact.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media, content creation and digital trends, along with hands-on experience using AI and creative tools to develop engaging content for digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute creative digital marketing and social media strategies aligned with the hospital's brand and communication goals.
- Ideate, plan and create engaging Reels, videos, and social media content.
- Stay updated with social media trends, formats, memes, platform updates and emerging content trends, and identify opportunities relevant to the healthcare space.
- Coordinate and assist in photography and videography for doctors, departments, events, patient stories and hospital initiatives.
- Shoot and edit short-form video content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
- Use AI tools to improve content ideation, visual creation,



research and workflow efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to turn hospital services, expertise, events and patient experiences into meaningful digital stories.
- Contribute fresh ideas for digital campaigns, awareness days, healthcare initiatives and brand-building activities.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice, visual identity and communication standard across digital platforms.

What We're Looking For

- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media, content marketing or a similar creative role.
- Strong creative thinking and ideation skills.
- Excellent understanding of social media content and trends.
- Hands-on experience creating Reels and short-form video content.
- Positive knowledge of photography and videography.
- Experience with video editing tools such as DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro and/or After Effects.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude or similar platforms.
- Strong visual sense and understanding of what makes content engaging, relevant and shareable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and timely delivery.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- A willingness to learn and operate equipment such as DJI Osmo and gimbals.
