Aeden Fruits International Pvt Ltd is a leading fruit and vegetable supplier operating across India. We are scaling our digital presence to reach modern retail, food service, and e-commerce customers. Our Digital Marketing team is building content strategy around video, podcasts, social media, and thought leadership to establish Aeden as a trusted voice in the fresh produce industry.

ROLE OVERVIEW The Digital Marketing & Content Creator Intern is a unique opportunity for someone passionate about content creation, storytelling, and the digital landscape — but unsure where to start professionally. You will work as the on-camera talent and content contributor for Aeden's digital initiatives, including podcast hosting, video acting, product demonstrations, testimonials, and social media presence. This is a hands-on learning role designed to build your portfolio while contributing to Aeden's brand growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESPodcast & Audio Content

· Host Aeden's podcast series on agribusiness, supply chain, and fresh produce trends

· Conduct interviews with industry experts, farmers, and thought leaders

· Prepare talking points and research topics before recording

· Assist in podcast planning, scheduling, and distribution

· Participate in podcast editing and post-production feedback

· Engage with listeners and build podcast community

Video Content & On-Camera Presence

· Act as on-camera talent for Aeden marketing videos

· Host product demonstration videos (fruit varieties, quality, freshness)

· Create testimonial and educational videos for customers and stakeholders

· Participate in behind-the-scenes content and warehouse/farm tours

· Perform in social media videos, reels, and short-form content

· Assist with video planning, scripting, and content ideation

Digital Content Production

· Support video shooting, recording, and production setup

· Collaborate with videographers and content producers

· Provide feedback on scripting, messaging, and creative direction

· Assist with content editing and post-production reviews

· Participate in brainstorming sessions for content strategy

Social Media & Community Engagement

· Feature in social media content (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook)

· Engage with audience comments and community feedback

· Assist with social media content planning and scheduling

· Help build brand personality across digital channels

· Support live streaming and interactive digital events

Learning & Skill Development

· Learn podcast production, editing, and distribution best practices

· Develop on-camera presence, public speaking, and communication skills

· Understand digital marketing strategy and content planning





· Gain exposure to video production workflow and post-production

· Build a personal portfolio of content work

· Receive mentorship from Digital Marketing team

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSEducation

· Currently pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's degree (any stream); Communications, Media, Marketing, Journalism, or Entrepreneurship preferred but not mandatory

Skills & Competencies

· Comfortable on camera and with public speaking (no prior acting/hosting experience required)

· Good communication skills with transparent diction and articulation

· Basic understanding of social media and digital platforms

· Willingness to learn podcast production and video creation

· Proficiency in basic MS Office and Google Workspace

· Adaptability and comfort with trying new things

· Enthusiasm for content creation and storytelling

Personal Attributes

· Genuine interest in content creation and digital marketing (entry-level okay)

· Open-minded and eager to learn from experienced team members

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS

· Prior experience in content creation, blogging, or social media management

· Experience in public speaking, theater, debate, or media clubs

· Basic knowledge of video editing software (Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut)

· Familiarity with podcast platforms (Spotify, Apple Podcasts, RSS feeds)

· Personal blog, YouTube channel, or social media presence (even if small)

· Graphic design or visual communication skills

· Interest in agribusiness, supply chain, or sustainability topics

INTERNSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONSDuration & Schedule

· Initial Duration: 3–6 months (flexible based on learning progression)

· Work days: Monday to Friday (6 hours per day) + occasional Saturday shoots/events

· Working hours: 10:00 AM – 4:30 PM (flexible for content production schedules)

· Production days may have flexible hours for shooting,



podcasting, or events

Compensation & Benefits

· Monthly stipend: ₹5,000–₹7,000 (disbursed monthly via bank transfer)

· Higher stipend offered based on prior experience or exceptional performance

· No health insurance, PF, or statutory benefits during internship

· Reimbursement: Local transportation costs covered for shoots/events

· Portfolio materials (videos, podcast episodes) provided at internship end

Expectations & Conduct

· Interns are bound by Aeden's Code of Conduct, confidentiality policy, and brand guidelines

· Attendance and punctuality at scheduled shoots, podcasts, and meetings are mandatory

· Professional behavior on and off-camera is expected (brand representative)

· Creative input and feedback are welcomed; willingness to take direction is essential

· Confidentiality: Do not share unreleased content or internal discussions publicly

· Use of Aeden's name/logo only with explicit approval from marketing team

· Any breach of conduct or guidelines may result in internship termination

Post-Internship

· Performance evaluation at end of internship period

· Strong performers may be offered part-time or full-time role in marketing/content

· Certificate of completion, reference letter, and portfolio compilation provided

· Opportunity to remain as freelance content contributor (optional)

· No contractual obligation for either party beyond the internship period

WORKING CONDITIONS & SETTING

· Primary location: Aeden HQ, Kochi, with occasional on-site shoots at warehouse/operations

· Work environment: Office-based, studio/podcast recording space, and field shoots

· Content production: May involve early morning or evening shoots for specific campaigns

· On-camera presence: Professional grooming and appearance expected during shoots

· Collaboration: Frequent interaction with videographers, editors, and marketing team

· Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to production schedules and creative direction

· Travel: Occasional local travel for on-location shoots (within Kochi/Kerala region)

LEARNING ROADMAP

This internship is designed as a learning experience with structured progression:

· Month 1: Onboarding, podcast basics, on-camera training, brand messaging

· Month 2–3: Lead podcast episodes, feature in multiple videos, build portfolio

· Month 4–6: Mentor junior content contributors, lead content strategy ideas, independent projects
