- Role: Digital Adoption Specialist
- Experience: 2.5 – 5 years
- Location: Bangalore (HSR Layout) – Work from Office
- Shift: US Shift (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST)

What You'll Do

- Design and build interactive in-app content including Flows, Tasklists, Beacons, Tooltips, and Self-Help modules.
- Collaborate with multinational stakeholders to understand business workflows, enterprise software, and user personas.
- Drive digital adoption and help end-users seamlessly onboard and navigate complex applications.

What We’re Looking For





- 2.5+ years of experience across Instructional Design, Content Creation, Technical Writing, Customer Success, or Software Development.
- Familiarity with DAP tools (Whatfix experience is a strong plus!).
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of enterprise applications (ERP, CRM) and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is preferred.
