We are hiring a Dietitian who can combine nutrition expertise with solid front-office and management to ensure a smooth, premium experience for all Vivafit members.

Key Responsibilities

1. Diet & Member Support

- Conduct nutritional assessments and create custom diet plans for women members.
- Provide one-on-one diet counseling sessions focused on women’s holistic health and lifestyle improvement.
- Work closely with trainers, physiotherapists, and instructors to align diet plans with fitness and weight-loss programs.
- Monitor member progress and conduct follow-up reviews.
- Organize women-centric wellness sessions, nutrition awareness events, and health workshops.

2. Administrative & Front Desk Duties

- Manage front desk operations: walk-ins, member queries, registrations, and renewals.
- Maintain attendance reports, client database, and daily MIS entries.
- Assist with billing, membership renewals,



and payment follow-ups.
- Coordinate class schedules, appointments, and trainer calendars.
- Handle client communication through calls, WhatsApp, messages, and email.
- Ensure the center is clean, organized, and aligned with European brand quality standards.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or Food Science.
- Experience in fitness/gym administration preferred (freshers are also encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and member-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, Google Sheets).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A passion for women’s health, fitness, and wellness.
