We are looking for a qualified and compassionate Clinical Dietitian to provide nutritional assessment, counseling, dietary planning, and nutritional therapy to patients. The candidate will work closely with doctors and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized nutrition plans based on patients' medical conditions and dietary requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments to evaluate patients' dietary and nutritional needs.

- Provide personalized nutritional counseling to patients and their families.

- Develop and implement individualized nutritional therapy plans based on patients' health conditions.

- Analyze patients' dietary intake and ensure adequate and balanced nutrition.

- Design meal plans based on specific medical conditions, nutritional requirements, and dietary preferences.

- Provide nutritional education to patients to promote healthy eating and lifestyle practices.

- Coordinate with doctors, nurses,



and other healthcare professionals as part of the overall patient care plan.

- Monitor patients' nutritional progress and modify diet plans when required.

- Maintain accurate patient nutrition records and documentation.

- Stay updated with the latest developments in nutrition science, dietetics, and nutritional therapy.

- Participate in nutrition-related research and educational programs when required.

Eligibility
