. 5+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering plus a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.

. Hand on experience in Terraform, CI/CD, GKE/GCE build, IAM, monitoring, deployment automation

. In depth knowledge of contemporary cloud architectures (GCP) and IaC (Terraform).

. Deep hands on experience with Kubernetes, GKE, and managing deployments via Helm.

. Hands on experience building pipelines with GitHub Actions.

. Hands on experience building microservices and RESTful APIs (Python, Java, or similar).

. Proficient scripting skills (Bash, PowerShell) for automation and operational tasks.

. Experience in setting up and managing monitoring and logging platforms like Splunk.

. Experience working in Financial Services, HealthTech, or other highly regulated industries requiring stringent compliance, security, and data privacy.

. Familiarity with tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, and ServiceNow.

. Familiarity with security scanning/SCA tools (Checkmarx, Nexus IQ) and AI development assistants (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) is a plus.
