- Develop and execute sales strategies for dewatering pump rental solutions.

- Identify new projects and customers in construction, infrastructure, mining, tunneling, excavation, industrial, and municipal sectors.

- Build relationships with civil contractors, EPC companies, developers, consultants, project managers, site engineers, and procurement teams.

- Identify upcoming projects requiring groundwater control, excavation dewatering, flood control, bypass pumping, or emergency pumping.

- Conduct customer/site visits to understand: Required flow rate and pumping head Excavation depth and groundwater conditions Pumping duration Discharge arrangements Power availability Pipe/hose requirements Access and mobilization requirements Coordinate with engineering/operations teams to select appropriate diesel, electric, submersible, centrifugal, high-head, or wellpoint dewatering pumps.

- Prepare technical-commercial quotations, rental proposals, tenders, and project-specific solutions.

- Negotiate rental rates, mobilization/demobilization charges, contract duration, payment terms, and other commercial conditions.

- Generate new business while maintaining and expanding existing customer accounts.

- Develop long-term rental contracts and identify opportunities for extensions and additional equipment.

- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts and reports.





- Monitor competitor pricing, equipment availability, market trends, and upcoming projects.

- Coordinate with operations, logistics, service, and maintenance teams for timely equipment deployment.

- Ensure smooth handover from sales to project execution.

- Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, contracts, and payments.

- Resolve commercial/customer issues and maintain strong customer relationships.

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales, profitability, and rental utilization targets.

- The ideal candidate is a technical sales qualified withstrong experience in dewatering/pump rental and project sales.

- They should havean established network among contractors, EPC companies, infrastructuredevelopers, and project consultants, along with the ability to convert siterequirements into commercially viable pumping solutions.

- The candidate should preferably understand:

- Dewatering pumps

- Submersible pumps
- Diesel-driven centrifugal pumps

- Electric pumps
- High-head pumps

- Wellpoint systems
- Vacuum-assisted pumps

- Bypass pumping
- Pump curves and hydraulic calculations
