We are seeking a proactive and skilled DevOps & IT Support Engineer for one of our clients.

Job Descriptions: The DevOps Azure (focused) & IT Support Engineer will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the IT infrastructure, ensuring security compliance, and assisting end-users with technical issues. This role requires a hands-on skilled with experience in DevOps operations, cloud infrastructure, ISMS compliance, vulnerability management, and security remediation.

Key Responsibilities: Set up and configure laptops and other endpoint devices for new and existing users Provision and manage user access, permissions, and accounts across various systems Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees and contractors Troubleshoot and resolve IT hardware, software, and network issues promptly Maintain and enforce security controls to safeguard company data and infrastructure Monitor and manage vulnerabilities, perform security remediation, and ensure compliance with ISMS standards Support DevOps pipelines, automation, and cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)



Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve infrastructure and operational processes Document procedures, configurations, and incident reports for transparency and continuous improvement

Required Skills And Qualifications Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or similar role Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) Knowledge of ISMS frameworks and compliance standards Strong understanding of vulnerability management and security best practices Experience with automation tools, CI/CD pipelines, and scripting (e.g., Bash, PowerShell, Python) Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work proactively and independently in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and customer service orientation

Preferred Qualifications Certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or similar Experience with endpoint security tools and endpoint management solutions Familiarity with ITIL processes and documentation practices
