Role & responsibilities

- Manage AWS cloud infrastructure, Linux servers, applications, Docker, Git &
- CI/CD

.

- Handle application deployments and support, preferably PHP/Laravel applications.

- Monitor infrastructure, applications, backups, logs, and system health.

- Troubleshoot server, application, network, DNS, VPN and connectivity issues.

- Manage Microsoft 365 users, groups, licenses, permissions and identity/access requirements.

- Handle user onboarding/offboarding, access provisioning/revocation, password and account-related requests.

- Manage Jamf for Mac devices, including device enrollment, configuration profiles, policies, applications, compliance and security settings.

- Maintain Windows and macOS security, system configurations, updates, endpoint policies, and access controls.

- Manage IT asset and infrastructure inventory, including laptops, servers, applications, cloud resources and user access.

- Handle daily IT/production support, incidents, maintenance, patching, backups and recovery.

- Support security activities including access reviews, vulnerability remediation, endpoint security and VAPT findings.

- Automate routine tasks using Bash/Shell, PowerShell and AWS CLI.





- Coordinate with developers, users, management and vendors for technical and operational requirements.

- Maintain SOPs, runbooks, inventory, access records and infrastructure documentation.
