Role Overview

We are seeking a Research & Consulting Professional with relevant experience in development strategy and research, program implementation. The role involves problem-solving, strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement and delivery of high-quality, client-ready solutions.

Key Skills & Requirements

- Proposal Development: Technical proposals, RFP/EOI responses, concept notes, ToRs, reports and project documentation.
- Research & Analysis: Secondary research, evidence synthesis, analytical thinking and report writing
- Government Projects: Understanding of government schemes, policies, institutions and implementation processes.
- Strategy & Consulting: Ability to structure complex problems, develop frameworks and provide practical recommendations.
- Data & Analytics: Data analysis, interpretation and translation of findings into actionable insights.
- Communication:



Strong written/verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Stakeholder Management: Confident interaction with government officials, clients, partners and senior stakeholders.
- Tools: Advanced Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint and Canva.
- Project Management: Ownership, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple assignments and timelines.

Education Master’s degree in Management, Economics, Public Policy, Social Sciences or a related field.

Preferred Background

Consulting, public policy, government advisory or development-sector experience, particularly in skilling, education, livelihoods, research or M&E.;

Remuneration: ₹6–8.4 LPA
