About Position:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack AI Engineer / Dev Lead with 8 to 12 years of expertise in building enterprise-grade applications using Java, React, Azure, and AI technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in full-stack application development, cloud-native architectures, AI-enabled solutions, and technical leadership. What You'll Do:

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale applications using Java, React, and Azure technologies.
- Build scalable and secure full-stack solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Develop contemporary user interfaces and responsive web applications using React and related frontend technologies.
- Design and implement backend services, APIs, and microservices using Java-based frameworks.
- Integrate AI capabilities and intelligent automation features into business applications.
- Develop cloud-native applications leveraging Azure services and modern architectural patterns.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and business stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and high-performing technical solutions.
- Participate in architecture reviews, technical design discussions, and solution planning activities.
- Implement security, reliability, performance, and scalability best practices across applications.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and engineering guidelines.
- Troubleshoot application issues and conduct root cause analysis for production incidents.




- Optimize application performance and improve system reliability and operational efficiency.
- Support CI/CD implementation, deployment automation, and DevOps practices.
- Create technical documentation, design specifications, and operational runbooks.
- Mentor team members and contribute to engineering standards, reusable frameworks, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 8 to 12 years of experience in full-stack software development and enterprise application delivery.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Java and modern backend development frameworks.
- Extensive experience developing frontend applications using React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS.
- Strong experience building REST APIs, microservices, and distributed applications.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services and cloud-native application development.
- Experience integrating AI and Machine Learning capabilities into enterprise applications.
- Understanding of Generative AI, AI services, intelligent automation, and AI-powered application architectures.
- Experience designing scalable, secure, and highly available enterprise solutions.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and deployment automation.
- Strong understanding of cloud security, monitoring, governance, and operational excellence principles.
- Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization capabilities.




- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and provide practical technical leadership.
- Experience delivering production-grade enterprise solutions with focus on security, scalability, and maintainability.
- Experience working in Agile and cross-functional delivery environments.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, documentation, and leadership skills.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to lead teams and drive successful project delivery.
