About Position:

We are looking for an experienced Dev Lead with 8 to 12 years of expertise in OpenStack Administration, Linux Administration, and TripleO Deployment. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in managing large-scale private cloud environments, OpenStack deployments, infrastructure automation, and enterprise cloud operations. This role requires a combination of technical leadership, cloud infrastructure expertise, and operational excellence to deliver highly available, scalable, and secure cloud platforms.

What You'll Do:

- Design, deploy, administer, and maintain enterprise OpenStack environments.
- Implement and manage TripleO-based OpenStack deployments and lifecycle management activities.
- Manage Linux-based infrastructure supporting OpenStack cloud environments.
- Configure and maintain OpenStack components including Nova, Neutron, Cinder, Glance, Keystone, Horizon, and Swift.
- Monitor and optimize cloud platform performance, scalability, and availability.
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, virtualization, networking, and storage issues.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA teams, DevOps teams, security teams, and business stakeholders.
- Automate deployment, provisioning, configuration management, and operational processes.
- Perform system reviews, testing, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production readiness assessments.
- Implement security controls, governance standards, and operational best practices across cloud environments.
- Support cloud upgrades, migrations, patching activities, and platform modernization initiatives.
- Develop operational procedures, technical documentation, deployment guides, and runbooks.
- Identify risks, dependencies,



and technical challenges and drive timely resolution.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership across OpenStack projects.
- Contribute to engineering standards, reusable automation assets, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support Agile delivery processes and participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 8 to 12 years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure, Linux Administration, or OpenStack Administration.
- Robust hands-on expertise in OpenStack Administration and cloud platform management.
- Extensive experience with TripleO Deployment, upgrades, and lifecycle management.
- Strong Linux Administration skills across Red Hat Enterprise Linux, CentOS, Ubuntu, or similar platforms.
- Experience configuring and managing OpenStack services including Nova, Neutron, Keystone, Glance, Cinder, Horizon, and Swift.
- Strong understanding of virtualization technologies, cloud networking, and software-defined infrastructure.
- Experience with storage technologies, block storage, object storage, and distributed storage solutions.
- Knowledge of cloud security, access management, governance, and compliance requirements.
- Experience implementing automation using Ansible, Shell Scripting, Python, or related technologies.
- Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance optimization capabilities.
- Experience supporting highly available and production-grade enterprise cloud environments.




- Familiarity with container technologies, Kubernetes, and cloud-native platforms.
- Strong understanding of monitoring, logging, and observability tools.
- Experience working within Agile and cross-functional engineering teams.
- Excellent communication, technical documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze complex infrastructure requirements and design scalable cloud solutions.
