About Position:

We are looking for an experienced Dev Lead with 5 to 8 years of expertise in Golang development, REST API engineering, and Microservices architecture. The ideal candidate will possess strong backend development experience and a proven track record of building scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise applications. This role combines hands-on development, technical leadership, solution design, and continuous improvement across the software delivery lifecycle.

What You'll Do:

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Golang.
- Build and enhance RESTful APIs and microservices for enterprise-grade applications.
- Translate business and technical requirements into secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
- Design and implement microservices architecture for distributed systems.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA teams, DevOps engineers, and business stakeholders throughout project delivery.
- Participate in solution design discussions and technical architecture reviews.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
- Develop reusable components, frameworks, and shared services.
- Troubleshoot application issues and perform root cause analysis for production incidents.
- Optimize application performance, reliability, scalability, and security.
- Support testing, deployment, release management, and production-readiness activities.
- Work with databases, caching solutions, and messaging systems to support application requirements.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and technical challenges and drive timely resolution.




- Create and maintain technical documentation, API specifications, and operational runbooks.
- Mentor team members and contribute to knowledge sharing and technical excellence initiatives.
- Support Agile delivery processes and participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 5 to 8 years of experience in software development and backend engineering.
- Solid hands-on expertise in Golang application development.
- Extensive experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
- Strong understanding of Microservices architecture and distributed systems.
- Experience building scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications.
- Strong knowledge of API security, authentication, authorization, and integration patterns.
- Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience with messaging and event-driven architectures.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization capabilities.
- Knowledge of software design principles, coding standards, and development best practices.
- Experience working with Git and version control systems.




- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and design effective technical solutions.
- Experience working in Agile and cross-functional delivery teams.
- Strong communication, stakeholder collaboration, documentation, and leadership skills.
