Desktop Support Engineer
2–3 Years
- L1/L2 support for Windows, hardware, software, printers & peripherals.
- Basic knowledge of Networking, Active Directory & Microsoft 365.
- Handle IT tickets, onboarding/offboarding & asset management.
- Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS/DHCP and system issues.
- E-commerce platform knowledge is mandatory, including understanding platform updates and changes.
- Valuable communication and troubleshooting skills required.
Qualification: Diploma/Bachelor’s in IT/CS or related field.
Location: South Campus
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Experience
- Desktop support: 2 years (Preferred)
