- Provide Troubleshooting and operational Support on Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Scanners and data cards

- Coordinate with Third party/OEM for warranty/AMC support

- Administration, Installation, Re-installation, Re-configuration of user automation Software

- Install/configure desktop and laptops O/S & Applications · Configure & update Antivirus software

- Patch management for laptops and desktops

- IMAC & site IT inventory Management

- Recovery of lost user’s data caused by hardware or software failures and user errors. ·

- Provide support to VIP users ·

- Installation of printer’s ·

- Provide appropriate rights and permissions for accessing printers ·

- VC support connecting calls , L1 level IT Infra trouble shooting , daily check list ·

- IP telephony , IMAC for desktop IP phones ·

- Updating of Tickets in ITSM (ServiceNow, BMC remedy .. etc tools)

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
