Job Summary

Layots Technologies is looking for an experienced Network & Support Engineer to lead our technical delivery and support team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in IT infrastructure, networking, network security, server administration, technical deployment, customer support, and team management.

The candidate will be responsible for coordinating technical deployments, managing customer requirements, ensuring SLA compliance, and providing technical guidance to the team.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and manage the Delivery & Support team.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor technical deployment and implementation activities.
- Manage and troubleshoot Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking.
- Work with firewalls, wireless access points, servers, and storage solutions.
- Provide technical guidance for complex infrastructure and network issues.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor project progress and ensure on-time delivery.
- Ensure compliance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal technical teams.
- Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Project Management, Sales, and Support teams.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and deployment updates.




- Support the team in troubleshooting critical technical issues.

Firewall Experience

Experience Required
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in IT Infrastructure / Technical Delivery / Technical Support.
- Prior experience in team handling or technical team leadership is mandatory.
- Experience in enterprise IT infrastructure deployment and customer support will be an advantage.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Networking, or a related field.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a technically strong and responsible skilled who can lead a technical team, coordinate deployments, manage customer expectations, troubleshoot critical issues, and ensure successful delivery of IT infrastructure solutions

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
