About Position:

We are looking for an experienced D365 Functional Consultant / Dev Lead with 5 to 8 years of expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge of Finance, O2C (Order to Cash), and P2P (Procure to Pay) processes, along with hands-on experience in implementing, supporting, and optimizing enterprise business applications.

What You'll Do:

- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into D365 Finance and Operations solutions.
- Configure and support D365 modules related to Finance, O2C, and P2P business processes.
- Collaborate with business users, architects, developers, QA teams, and project stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Participate in solution design workshops and recommend best-fit business solutions.
- Support implementation, enhancement, upgrade, and transformation initiatives within D365 environments.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and provide recommendations to optimize business processes.
- Prepare functional specifications, process documents, user stories, and solution documentation.
- Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, defect management, and release validation.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate with technical teams for timely resolution.
- Ensure solutions align with business objectives, security requirements, and compliance standards.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and process improvement opportunities.
- Support data migration, data validation, and master data management activities.
- Provide user training, knowledge transfer,



and operational support to business teams.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to continuous improvement, reusable assets, and best practices across D365 projects.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 5 to 8 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations and support.
- Strong functional expertise in D365 Finance modules and business process management.
- Hands-on experience with O2C (Order to Cash) and P2P (Procure to Pay) processes.
- Experience conducting requirement gathering, business process analysis, and solution design workshops.
- Strong understanding of Finance operations, accounting processes, procurement, and order management.
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise application implementations.
- Knowledge of configuration, setup, testing, and deployment activities within D365 environments.
- Experience preparing functional design documents, process flows, and business specifications.
- Strong understanding of ERP concepts, business workflows, and operational best practices.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and recommend practical solutions.
- Experience working with Agile delivery methodologies and cross-functional teams.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.




- Experience supporting UAT, change management, and user adoption initiatives.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work independently while driving successful business outcomes.
