Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and creative Trophy Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, and UV Printing Machine operations, along with relevant experience in trophy, award, memento, or customized product designing.

Key Responsibilities

- Design trophies, awards, medals, mementos, and customized products as per customer requirements.
- Create qualified and production-ready designs using CorelDRAW.
- Edit photographs, logos, images, and artwork using Adobe Photoshop.
- Operate and manage UV Printing Machine for printing on various trophy and award products.
- Prepare artwork according to required size, measurements, resolution, colour, and printing specifications.
- Make design modifications and corrections as required.
- Coordinate with the Production and Sales teams to ensure accurate and timely completion of orders.
- Check final artwork for spelling, alignment, colour, size, and other errors before production.
- Maintain and organize design files and artwork properly.




- Develop creative and attractive new trophy and award designs.

Required Skills
- CorelDRAW – Strong/Advanced Knowledge
- Adobe Photoshop – Good Knowledge
- UV Printing Machine – Practical Operating Knowledge
- Good understanding of printing and artwork preparation
- Creative thinking and good design sense
- Good knowledge of measurements, layouts, colours, and typography
- Ability to work under deadlines
- Good attention to detail

Experience & Qualification
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in trophy designing, awards, mementos, printing, signage, or customized products.
- 12th / Diploma / Graduate preferred.
- Relevant practical experience will be given preference.

Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should be able to independently handle the complete process from designing and artwork preparation to UV printing, with minimum supervision. Interested candidates can apply with their updated resume and portfolio/work samples.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
