Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design and develop aluminum die castings, gravity die castings, high pressure die castings, and sand castings for automotive parts using UG NX software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design meets manufacturing requirements and customer specifications.
- Conduct design reviews and provide feedback on component designs to improve quality, cost, and manufacturability.
- Develop detailed drawings and documentation for production purposes.
Job Requirements :
- 2-14 years of experience in automotive design engineering or related field.
- Proficiency in UG NX software for designing complex metal components.
- Solid understanding of various casting processes such as aluminum die casting, gravity die casting, high pressure die casting, and sand casting.
