We are looking for an experienced Electrical Design Engineer with 4–6 years of experience in power system design. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, control panels, and 400Hz systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design pit systems, power distribution systems, and control panels.
- Modify and develop 400Hz and 28VDC products based on project requirements.
- Select appropriate enclosures, switchgears, cables, control elements, motors, VFDs, and related components.
- Design and understand cable harnesses and electrical system integration.
- Work with project managers and product managers on project requirements.
- Understand existing 400Hz systems and implement required modifications.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
- 4–6 years of proven experience in electrical/power system design.
- Strong knowledge of Electrical Systems, Power Distribution, and Control Panels.
- Knowledge of IEC, VDE, and UL standards, preferably for 400Hz converters.
- Awareness of explosion-proof concepts.
- Good understanding of power electronic devices and magnetics.
- Knowledge of PCB design and system integration.
- Knowledge of BACnet and MODBUS interfaces.
- Experience with EPLAN is desirable.
- Good command of English.
