Freelance Design Partner – City PartnerAbout the Role

We are looking for Freelance Design Partners to independently manage and grow our business in their respective cities. The role combines Sales, Interior Design, Client Management, and Project Execution, with earnings structured entirely on a commission basis.

The Design Partner will act as the company’s local representative, handling projects from lead generation and client consultation to design, sales closure, and execution coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Take ownership of the assigned city/territory and develop local business opportunities.
- Generate and manage leads through personal networks, referrals, local marketing, and business development activities.
- Meet clients, understand their requirements, budget, preferences, and project scope.
- Prepare or coordinate interior design concepts, layouts, material selections, and quotations.
- Present designs and proposals to clients and convert enquiries into confirmed projects.
- Coordinate with the company’s internal design, sales, procurement, and execution teams.
- Take responsibility for project execution and client coordination within the assigned city.
- Conduct regular site visits and monitor project progress, quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.
- Develop relationships with architects, builders, contractors, real-estate professionals, and other local business networks.
- Maintain regular communication with clients from initial consultation through project completion.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business, referrals, and additional services.

Compensation 100% Commission-Based

- No fixed monthly salary.
- Earnings will be directly linked to successful project sales and execution.




- Commission will be paid as per the company's applicable project-wise commission structure.

Ideal Candidate We are looking for professionals with:
- Experience in Interior Design, Architecture, Sales, Business Development, or Project Management.
- Strong understanding of residential/commercial interior projects.
- Good client communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to independently generate and convert leads.
- Local market knowledge and a strong professional network.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with different stakeholders.
- A business-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Strong ownership of the assigned city/territory.
