Role & responsibilities
A) Current RFQ Forging parts process feasibility make.
B) Make forging drawing from customer drawing & forging process design.
C) Do Forging dies design (Bender, Blocker, Finisher, Trim Tool & Coining Die).
D) Make 3D Modeling & Assembly (Bender, Blocker, Finisher, Trim Tool & Coining Die).
E) Do Forging design simulation.
F) Co-ordination with design team members for solving running of operational Issues.
G) Minimize the material wastage with better tool design.
H) Make process mistake proofing adding with POKA-YOKE.
I) Make all documents related to Forging part development.
J) Make all documents related to IATF 16949.
K) Make all documents related to APQP & PPAP.
L) Maintain 5s.
Preferred candidate profile
Know-how of Forging process like Hot & Warm Forging.
Know-how of Forging die design.
Know-how of Process documentations.
Know-how of 3D Software Creo / Pro-E.
Know-how of Auto Cad.
Proficiency in computing skills (MS. Excel, MS. Word, MS. PowerPoint & basic knowledge other 3D software).
Note: Candidates must be from the Auto-Components Industry with strong experience in Hot & Warm Forging and relevant Design Engineering/Design Management experience. Candidates should have proven expertise in forging component and die/tool design, along with the ability to lead and manage the Design function.
