Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Design & Development Manager with strong expertise in Product Design, New Product Development, and Mould Design. The candidate will be responsible for leading design and development projects, developing current products, and ensuring smooth execution from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Design & Development activities for new and existing products.
- Handle New Product Development (NPD) projects from concept to production.
- Develop and review product designs, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Design and develop moulds as per product requirements.
- Review mould designs for feasibility, functionality, and manufacturability.
- Coordinate with tooling, production, quality, and other technical teams.
- Identify opportunities for product improvement and cost optimization.
- Resolve design and mould-related technical issues.
- Coordinate with customers and vendors for technical requirements.




- Ensure timely completion of design and development projects.
- Maintain proper documentation of designs, moulds, drawings, and development activities.

Candidate Profile
- BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or relevant engineering discipline.
- 15–20 years of experience in Design & Development.
- Strong hands-on experience in Mould Design and Product Design.
- Good understanding of product development and engineering design processes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
- Good coordination and team management abilities.
- Experience in managing projects from concept to production.

Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year
