Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Chief Medical Officer (CMO) with a strong background in Dermatology to lead clinical operations, ensure the highest standards of patient care, and drive medical excellence in hair and skin treatments. The ideal candidate will be an MD or Diploma holder in Dermatology, Venereology & Leprosy, with hands-on expertise in cosmetic and clinical dermatology procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Leadership & Patient Care

Administer advanced dermatological treatments for hair and skin conditions, monitor outcomes, and modify treatment plans as needed.

Prescribe medications and recommend skin care products aligned with individual treatment plans.

Perform cosmetic procedures including Botox, dermal fillers, chemical peels, and IV therapies.

Educate patients on lifestyle modifications and preventive care to improve long-term outcomes.

Ensure all clinical practices comply with medical laws, regulations, and ethical standards.

Refer patients to appropriate specialists when advanced or alternative care is required.

Operational & Compliance Oversight





Oversee clinical protocols to ensure adherence to national healthcare regulations and internal policies.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging treatments, technologies, and research in dermatology.

Collaborate with assistants, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated, high-quality patient care.

Represent the organization at medical conferences, seminars, and professional networking events.

Team Collaboration & Development

Work closely with clinical and non-clinical staff to foster a culture of excellence, compassion, and continuous improvement.

Mentor junior doctors and support staff in clinical best practices and patient communication.

Qualifications & Experience

MD in Dermatology or Diploma in Dermatology, Venereology & Leprosy (DDVL).

Proven experience in clinical and cosmetic dermatology (Botox, fillers, peels, IV therapies).

Robust understanding of medical compliance, ethics, and patient safety standards.

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
