We’re Hiring – Deputy Project Manager (DPM)

K.G. Gupta Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Deputy Project Manager (DPM) to join our highway infrastructure project team.

Location: Satna–Bamitha Section, Madhya Pradesh

Project: DBM & BC Overlay / Pavement Strengthening Works

Employment Type: Full-time | Site-based

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Experience: 10–15 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Lead overall project execution, progress, quality, cost and safety.
- Supervise DBM & BC laying and pavement strengthening works.
- Manage batch mix plant, paver train, rollers, tippers and manpower.
- Ensure QA/QC compliance as per MoRTH, IRC and IS Codes.
- Handle RA bills, BOQ, measurements, variations, EOT and contractual matters.
- Monitor project costs, material consumption and subcontractor/vendor bills.
- Maintain MBs, DPR/MPR, site registers, plant logs and project documentation.
- Coordinate with PWD/MoRTH officials, consultants and other stakeholders.
- Ensure statutory, traffic-management and site-safety compliance.
- Act as the company’s primary representative at the project site.
- Candidate Requirements




- 10–15 years of post-qualification experience in highway construction.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an independent Site In-charge / DPM.
- Proven experience in DBM & BC overlay works on NH/MoRTH/PWD/NHAI projects.
- Strong knowledge of MoRTH Specifications, IRC Codes and highway construction practices.
- Experience handling batch mix plants, paver trains and complete site operations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project/Primavera and MS Word.
- Solid leadership, team management and communication skills.
- Fluency in Hindi and English.
