Job Purpose /n To lead and manage Ocean Freight Operations across the assigned region, ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, cost efficiency, profitability, and effective team performance. /n Key Responsibilities: /n /n

- Manage Ocean Export operations across all branches in the assigned region.

/n

- Ensure timely and accurate shipment execution, documentation, billing, and file closure.

/n

- Monitor regional KPIs, productivity, revenue, GP, costs, and operational performance.

/n

- Drive process standardization, SOP compliance, and continuous improvement.

/n

- Manage relationships with shipping lines, vendors, CFS, transporters, and overseas agents.

/n

- Handle critical customer escalations and ensure timely resolution of service issues.

/n

- Work closely with Sales and KAM teams to support customer retention and business growth.

/n

- Identify and control revenue leakages, operational losses, claims, and unnecessary costs.

/n

- Provide regular operational MIS and performance updates to Senior Management.

/n /n Cualifications & Experience: /n /n





- Graduate in any discipline; qualification in Logistics/Supply Chain/International Trade will be an advantage.

/n

- 6–10 years of relevant experience in Ocean Export Operations, preferably within a freight forwarding.

/n

- Strong knowledge of ocean export documentation and shipping processes.

/n

- Positive understanding of shipping lines, Incoterms, BL procedures, and export compliance.

/n

- Prior experience in team handling and operational supervision is preferred.
