Purpose/Objective To monitor, optimize, and improve solar cell manufacturing processes to achieve targeted productivity, yield, quality, and cost objectives while ensuring adherence to safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities of Role a { text-decoration: none; color: #464feb; } tr th, tr td { border: 1px solid #e6e6e6; } tr th { background-color: #f5f5f5; } Process Operations - Monitor and control cell manufacturing processes across Diffusion, PECVD, Laser, Printing, Firing, and Testing operations.

- Analyze process parameters and maintain process stability.
- Troubleshoot process abnormalities and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure process compliance with SOPs and quality standards. Process Improvement - Drive yield improvement and efficiency enhancement projects.

- Conduct root cause analysis for process deviations and quality issues.
- Implement process optimization initiatives to reduce material consumption and manufacturing losses.
- Support recent process development and technology upgrades. Quality & Reliability - Monitor cell performance parameters and quality KPIs.

- Coordinate with Quality team for defect analysis and corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with customer, internal, and industry quality standards.



Data Analysis & Reporting - Track daily production, yield, scrap, and efficiency trends.

- Prepare process reports, dashboards, and performance reviews.
- Use statistical tools for process capability and variation analysis. Cross Functional Coordination - Work closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and EHS teams.

- Support commissioning, ramp-up, and stabilization of manufacturing lines.
- Participate in continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives. EHS Compliance - Follow all safety procedures and EHS guidelines.

- Ensure workplace safety and process risk mitigation. Educational Qualification - B.

Qualifications and Experience
