Purpose/Objective To provide complete support in setting up the greenfield Integrated Solar PV Cell & Module Manufacturing Plant.

The incumbent shall also be responsible for various process developmental activities, in addition to shift-wise process control and monitoring, pertaining to development and improvement of cell efficiency and product quality.

Key Responsibilities of Role

- Ensure protected work practices towards Zero Accident culture.
- Achieve performance parameters as per approved budget.
- Improve equipment uptime.
- Implement and adhere to preventive maintenance systems.
- Conduct breakdown analysis and implement countermeasures.
- Achieve production targets.
- Achieve cost and budget targets for Cell Maintenance through:



- Parts failure reduction - In-house repairing of parts - Localization and alternate source development - Local development of consumable parts - Coordinate with all departments as per management requirements.
- Ensure proper training in line with TNI and develop a robust team structure.
- Handover production-ready systems to production teams

Technical Competencies Understanding of technical specifications of equipment.
