Introduction

Fueled by our customers and business growth, we're looking for a DSP (Demand Side Platform) Team Manager to assist in the business growth and relationship strengthening of our customers, ensuring they are receiving best-in-class support and guidance.

The goal of our DSP Team Manager at Acosta is, simply, to help our customers achieve profitable revenue growth using the tools we have available. They do so by partnering with the Acosta Brand Management Team and other cross-functional partners to onboard, train, provide day-to-day support for our customers, and assist in the creation and delivery of customized reports and business reviews. Since we partner with e-commerce sales and marketing operations teams to grow their Amazon business, our team need to be skilled at understanding the customer's business priorities and be able to map their needs to the capabilities of Acosta and the Amazon e-commerce platform.

Your Role And Responsibilities

- Data Quality, Automation &
- Process Innovation
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows through:
- Automation
- Standardization
- Tool adoption (e.g., PIM, CommerceIQ, Refibuy, JungleScout, Keepa, Analytic Index)
- Adapt to scalable processes that enable AI-enabled content generation and optimization
- Should be data savvy.
- Insights, Reporting &
- Performance Optimization
- Analyze performance and identify opportunities to improve traffic, conversion, revenue, and profitability
- Support Brand Management reporting needs across DSP through proficient use of the Acosta Tech Stack namely CommerceIQ, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint




- Provide actionable recommendations backed by data and metrics
- Should read between the lines
- Look at the data holistically than isolated data
- Drive powerful actionable insights
- AMC Reporting
- Solid understanding of AMC reporting clean environment
- Perform deep analysis using AMC and provide strategic direction to the clients
- Partnering with product team to setup AMC dashboards
- Team Leadership &
- Enablement
- Act as a subject matter in DSP and provide technical knowledge to the team
- May be asked to lead training sessions and contribute to onboarding materials
- Motivate team members to always provide world class service to the clients
- Cultivate One team culture by collaborating with the US counterparts
- Cross-Functional &
- Client Collaboration
- Partner with Brand Management, Digital Shelf, Operations and Client teams to ensure aligned execution
- Participate in select client-facing meetings to:
- Support strategy discussions
- Provide updates on ongoing priorities
- Communicate effectively across internal and external stakeholders

Preferred Education

Bachelor's Degree Required Technical And Professional Expertise

- 10+ Years Amazon Experience, or other Ecommerce




- 5+ Agency or other related work experience
- Must have hands on experience with Amazon DSP console, AMC reporting and other related tools of DSP
- Bachelors degree in Business, Commerce, Technology or any other related field
- General understanding of eCommerce and retail market channels
- Complete understanding of Amazon platforms (Seller Central/Vendor Central/Brand Registry)
- Exposure to structured data, taxonomy, or AI-driven strategies
- Walmart and other retailer DSP experience is a plus

Preferred Technical And Skilled Experience

- Should act as SME (Subject Matte Expert) to train other team members
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actions
- High proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups)
- Understanding of workflow optimization and process improvement
- Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Growth mindset with interest in AI, automation, and emerging commerce trends

Nice to Have

- Experience collaborating with Engineering and platform teams for product improvements.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate closely with Brand Managers
- Experience performing deep-dive analysis on customer accounts and recommend appropriate adjustments.
- Ability to work asynchronously with US team to achieve customer Joint Success Plans
- Data visualization experience is nice to have
