Essential Functions:

- Lead packaging development activities, including design, evaluation, optimization, and scale-up of packaging solutions
- Ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and Quality Control &
- Compliance requirements
- Drive Packaging Design and Optimization aligned with product stability, usability, and regulatory needs
- Oversee Packaging Testing and Validation and Equipment and Process Validation activities
- Support technology transfer of current or modified packaging formats to commercial manufacturing
- Govern Deviation Management, Investigation Analysis, and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) effectiveness for packaging changes
- Ensure Serialization &
- Track &
- Trace and Labeling, Barcoding, and Serialization readiness for global markets
- Collaborate with Supply Chain on Knowledge of Packing Materials,



supplier qualification, and change management
- Drive Automation &
- Digital Transformation initiatives within packaging development
- Ensure strong Regulatory &
- Audit Readiness for packaging development documentation and changes
- Maintain high Environmental, Health &
- Safety (EHS – Environmental, Health &
- Safety) standards
- Lead team capability building, training, and technical mentoring in packaging development

Education:

- B. Pharm B. Pharm - Required

- Bachelors Degree (BA/BS) B.E.
- Preferred

Experience:

- 15 years or more in 15+ Years
