Role Description The Department Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Jaipur Area, responsible for managing daily operations and performance of an assigned department within the store. This role includes overseeing merchandise display and availability, monitoring sales targets, and ensuring a high standard of customer service.

Manager will supervise and guide team members, manage staffing schedules, and support training and development to maintain strong service and productivity levels.



The role also involves tracking key performance indicators, implementing promotional activities, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and coordinating with store leadership to drive revenue and brand consistency.

Qualifications

- Strong retail operations and store management skills, including merchandising, inventory control, and sales monitoring.
- Customer service and relationship management skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance in-store experience.
- Team leadership and people management skills, including supervision, coaching, scheduling, and performance feedback.
- Basic analytical and reporting abilities to interpret sales data, measure KPIs, and support decision-making.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and interact with diverse customers.
- Relevant experience in fashion or apparel retail, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as per retail business requirements.
- Graduate degree or equivalent qualification in retail management, business, or a related field is preferred.
